I was very pleased with the swift and courteous service provided by John''s company PrintFix. He certainly knows what he's doing. Call out charges are reasonable. In my case he was there on my doorstep the next day. He diagnosed my printer-problem without fuss and fixed it. Thoroughly recommended.
